Sealing
Specifically formulated liquid polymer GRT: 7000 dries clear and is environmentally friendly. Engineered for use in civil construction, it can act as a clear polymer sealant as well as a high performing reinforcement agent.
With each application an accumulating number of dust particles are bound together, preventing them from becoming airborne. Due to the calmative residual nature of the product, over time the rate of application reduces, becoming more economical each year. After initial works, maintaining applications are required only once every 12 to 16 weeks, depending on traffic loading.
Micro-Stabilisation
GRT: 7000 (and GRT: 9000) is a highly effective polymer soil reinforcement agent. Used on its own or in conjunction with traditional stabilisation agents, it achieves high UCS results with relatively low dosage rates.
The product works by physically and chemically bonding soil or pavement particles. This leads to improved compressive strengths, high tensile resilience and water impermeability.

Stockpile Storage and Transport Dust Solutions
Increasingly stringent environmental regulations, health concerns and potential profit loss associated with mineral storage and transportation pose considerable challenges for mining companies.
GRT’s polymer-based mixture provides an exceptional liquid tarping solution for raw material stockpiles – suppressing up to 95% of dust particles.
The process works by amalgamating the small particles of coal, ore, or overburden on the surface of the pile, with the polymer to create a thin layer of stable bonded material resistant to wind and rain erosion. This prevents particles becoming airborne as fugitive dust. Polymer solutions can be applied directly to raw materials using water trucks, and existing or bespoke spray bar systems and gantries. Designed for the tough conditions of the resource sector, the product does not alter the burning properties of coal.
